Umsatzsteuer

Gemäß § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung) wird keine Umsatzsteuer ausgewiesen.

Zahlungen für Pro-Abonnements werden von Polar Software Inc. als Merchant of Record abgewickelt. Polar rechnet die auf Endkundenumsätze anfallende Umsatzsteuer in eigenem Namen ab; die Rechnungsstellung gegenüber dem Endkunden erfolgt durch Polar.

We are not willing or obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
