Summary: your Notion content never leaves your browser. Our server only learns whether your installation has a Pro licence, identified by a random ID that is not linked to you. No cookies, no tracking, no ads.

1. Controller

Alexander Kagoshima, contact info@trello-attachment-downloader.com. The postal address is in the Impressum.

2. Your page content stays in your browser

The extension reads the Notion page you are viewing, builds the print document locally and hands it to your browser's own print function. Page content, database values, images and the finished PDF are never sent to us or anyone else. There is no account to create.

3. What reaches our server

On first use the extension asks our licence endpoint for a random identifier and stores it on your device. With it we store the browser family (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, other), the extension version, the month you were last active, and whether the installation has an active Pro licence. The identifier is not linked to your name, email address, Notion account or workspace.

If you activate a licence, the key you enter is forwarded to our payment provider Polar for verification. We store the key and the activation reference so the licence can be re-checked and released again if you move to another machine.

The extension also sends anonymous counts: that an export ran, which of the three export modes was used, how many documents it produced, and whether the installation is free or Pro. These carry no page content, no titles and no identifier.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for providing and licensing the Service, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in knowing which versions and features are in use.

4. What we never collect

5. Logo images

A logo you add for headers or footers is stored only in your browser's extension storage on your device, and is only placed into print documents you create.

6. Service providers

This website uses no cookies, no analytics scripts and no externally hosted fonts.

7. Permissions the extension asks for

8. Retention and deletion

Uninstalling the extension removes the identifier, your settings and your logo from your device. The server-side record is kept while the installation is in use; write to us to have it deleted.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
